Abby Holmes

Abby Holmes is an Asheville, North Carolina based artist and writer who often incorporates text in her art. Her medium of choice is fiber. She paints and writes on it, crosstiches it, uses it in collages, and sews, weaves, and quilts it. Abby received a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2000. She is wife to Loic Prylli and mom to Julien. When not creating art, you can find her reading, writing, walking or petting her cat, Poppy.
